FStream

When I try to load a mms / mmsh / wma / asf / asx radio, FStream try to connect to the radio, but it say disconnected just after.
There can be several reason for that :
- You are not connected to Internet
- The link is invalid (it doesn't exist, the server doesn't response, it's not a link to a stream)
- You enter a link with that beggin with http : check by replacing http by mms
- If the content is asx, download the file with a browser, edit the file with a text editor, and get the link in the "ref href" tag. If the link start with http, try to replace it with mms.

When I try to load ogg / aac / mp3 radio, FStream try to connect to the radio, but it say disconnected just after.
There can be several reason for that :
- You are not connected to Internet
- The link is invalid (it doesn't exist, the server doesn't response, it's not a link to a stream)
- The stream is broadcasted on a too hight quality or in a special format that FStream can't recognize (often HD, surround, etc. streams).

When I try to load a station, FStream say "Buffering", but the percentage is blocked to 0%.
This should happen only with wma audio stream. FStream doesn't recognize the stream that your try to load currently.

I try to enter my radio website URL (by example http://www.myradio.com), but nothing happen.
In fact, FStream recognize stream URLs but not a general website URL. Each website give or use their stream URL like they want : there is no norm for that. So FStream can't find the stream URL with a website URL.

You can try to get the stream URL by some method :
- Search on the website : some website give the stream URL
- Ask to the webmaster to give to you their stream URL
- Try to edit the source code of the website or of the player and found a stream URL inside.

On my iPhone, the sound is stuttering
It's possible that the stream is broadcasted on a too hight quality for your iPhone, that your Internet connection have a too light bandwidth or that the stream is not broadcast at 44100 Hz (in this case, FStream should ressample the audio, and this is CPU consumer). Try to use an other URL.

If I update FStream (Mac or iPhone), my favorites will remain ?
Yes.

If I delete FStream on my iPhone or if I change my iPhone, my favorites will remain ?
No.

FStream iPhone seem to work only on WiFi.
Check that the cellular network option is turned on in the parameters.

How I can retrieve my records on iPhone/iPod ?
You should activate the web managment, connect your iPhone/iPod in the same WiFi network of your Mac/PC and use a browser to browse the webpages of FStream and download your records.

I sent you an E-Mail but I don't have received an answer.
I'm alone on the FStream development, and I have a little amount of free time to work on it. Because I receive a lot of e-mails, I don't have enough time to answer them. However I try to read them quickly. I'm sorry for that.
